Muscle Milk Review

Does Muscle Milk enervate your body or does Muscle Milk have the power to help you improve your body composition? It is not an easy question to answer, but that is the purpose of this Muscle Milk review.
Muscle Milk review (protein powder) When it comes to protein powders, my requirements are pretty straight forward:
A protein powder should be low in carbs, it should taste good, it should mix well with water and other ingredients, it should contain at least 20 grams of protein per serving, it should come in a variety of flavors, and it should contain as little artificial ingredients as possible.
Does Muscle Milk meet the above requirements? Mostly it does. It even excels in one department – the amount of protein it provides in one serving is 32 grams. It is not as low in carbs as I would have liked, but at about 10 grams per serving (if you do not count the fiber), it is acceptable.
Does Muscle Milk taste good? On the scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the lowest), I would rate it at about 5ish. It tastes pretty good, except that I have noticed a strange aftertaste in it, which brings me to my next point.
I do not know where this aftertaste comes from, but I suspect that it might be a side effect of a gazillion vitamins and minerals that it contains, 22 to be exact. If I need to take a multivitamin, I know where to get it. When I want to make a protein shake, I want protein and nothing else.
Muscle Milk review (ready-to-drink) While it may seem as if nothing should change (except an addition of water, of course) between Muscle Milk in a powder form and the ready to drink version, the two products are not the same.
Muscle Milk Light contains less protein (20 grams), calories and fever vitamins, but it still has 20 of them. The taste is not bad, but it is not as good as the original.
Muscle Milk review: the bottom line Overall, it is a quality product that provides an easy way to supplement your diet with additional protein. The ready-to-drink version is not so hot, so I would skip it.
