Motivation to Exercise

Continued from Motivation to Lose Weight.

In real life, it goes like this: You’re doing lunges because you long for powerful, sexy legs. Resisting what you’re doing by thinking, “It’s burning like crazy!” interferes with what you’re aiming for.

Replace that thought with, “It’s uncomfortable, but that’s a sign that things are changing and I’m getting the legs I want.”

After a while, you’ll see that most people go from “I hate this.” to “Bring it on, baby!” and they end up doing far more than they ever thought they were capable of. When you’re working on getting your best body, there is a lot of joy and satisfaction in the process, especially when you start seeing results.
