Dinner: Geisha House Black Cod marinated in miso and garnished with endive.

staying skinny is really simple all you gotta do is burn more than your calorie intake but thats just the theory applying it in real life is actually one of the biggest struggles ever unfortunately skinny is beautiful and VERY unhealthy although you could keep thin and be healthy but to be perfectly skinny its A FACT it just isnt healthy and there is absolutlely no healthy way to be that way so people may lie that they eat enough but that is a LIE!!!! i myself am super skinny im basically a size 0 and im 5′6 i basically excercise and eat very little high in fiber foods it totally is unhealthy but i dont know what to do
