Miranda Lambert’s workout and diet are not very exciting. You know, it is the usually stuff, which is cardio and low-carbing. Having said that, Miranda Lambert’s workout and diet do not need to be fancy to keep her in shape. Had she been overweight, well, actually even in that case a low-carb diet would be a good choice, but I do not think she has ever had a weight problem, so what she is doing now is not a bad strategy for her.

“On tour, I go outside for walks and runs. And when summer comes and it’s bikini season, I have to buckle down. I’m always on some sort of diet, but generally I try not to eat too many carbs. My body doesn’t go well with bread.”
