Michelle Obama‘s exercise program is great. Can Michelle Obama’s exercise program help you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Can Michelle Obama’s exercise program help you lose 20 pounds in 1 month? I have no idea whether or not Michelle Obama’s exercise program can help you lose 20 pounds in 1 month or if it can help you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, but I know this – she looks great, which is hardly surprising given what we know about Michelle Obama’s diet and Michelle Obama’s workout, don’t you think?
Do I even like Michelle Obama’s exercise program? Yes, I do. Why? Because Michelle Obama’s arms still look great. Why do they look great? What does she do to keep them toned? Well, obviously she can do a lot of things to keep her arms in top shape. That having been said, she does one of the simplest and underrated exercises out there – push-ups. A lot of push-ups. Surprised? Do not be. Push-ups do not get the credit they deserve to have.
Sure, they are not as fancy as some other exercises out there, but assuming you do them properly, they are very effective. When you do push-ups, your entire upper body is engaged. They do not only work your arms, they also work your back and chest muscles. How many push-ups do you need to do? Not that many. You can start with just one set of ten reps. Once you can easily complete that, add another set, then another. If you can easily complete three sets of 10 reps, add some dumbbell or barbell presses to your exercise routine. Be patient. Your arms are not going to get toned in one or two weeks, but if you are consistent, you can expect to see some results in about two months or so.
