Melanie Brown Scary Spice: Six-Pack Abs
Maybe Melanie Brown, “Scary Spice”, 32, should change her nickname to “Sporty Spice” – she has the six-pack abs for it. “She looks like she’s lost 8 percent of her body fat,” says one fitness expert, “bringing her total body-fat percentage down to about 16 percent.”
Personally, I do not think she’s lost 8 percent of body fat. Judging from this particular picture, she’s lost about 5 percent of her body fat, tops.
The Dancing With the Stars contestant and new mom (she gave birth to baby Angel on April 3) looks like she’s replaced baby fat with lean muscle. It seems she’s danced her way down from a size 8 to a size 4. [source: Life & Style]
