Megan Fox Workout

Continued from Megan Fox’s Diet.
Megan Fox’s workout is great. Why do I like Megan Fox’s workout? Because Megan Fox’s workout consists of Pilates and acro-yoga, a combination of acrobatics and yoga. I also like Megan Fox’s workout because she says “It’s hard!” Of course, any exercise program worth its salt is not easy.
Having said that, Megan Fox’s workout raises more questions than it answers, and it practically begs the following question: If Megan Fox’s workout is so great, why doesn’t she look like someone who follows a productive workout.
Other celebrities (not all of them) that have chosen Pilates as their exercise of choice look seriously toned, but Fox does not. She just looks skinny and undefined. What does it say about Megan Fox’s workout? In my opinion, it seems to suggest that she either does not spend enough time exercising or she is not doing it with sufficient intensity.
There is no question that a combination of Pilates and acro-yoga can sculpt your body, but if your diet is not balanced and you do not exercise consistently, the results will be mediocre, at best.
The good news about Megan Fox’s workout is that she has chosen a great exercise program that can deliver real results. She just needs to focus on it a bit more and make it work for her. Maybe she needs to find a different personal trainer, somebody who can motivate her to work harder. Or maybe she needs to find inspiration on her own.

She shouldn’t change anything in her workout program at all, she looks perfect! A real goddess!
