Matt Damon’s weight loss is ambitious. While Seth Rogen’s weight loss of 30 pounds is admirable, Matt Damon’s weight loss of 30 pounds is still in progress. That’s right, Matt wants to lose 30 pounds as quickly as he can, but can he match Seth’s weigh-loss performance?

Rogen has lost 30 pounds in 9 months, which means that Matt needs to lose 3.3 pounds a month (or less than a pound a week), if he wants to lose weight at Seth’s rate. But why would he want to do that? He can lose weight twice as fast, assuming he can lose 2 pounds a week, which is totally double.
