Can Maria Menounos‘ workout help you lose 5 pounds in a week? Can Maria Menounos’ workout help you lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks? Maybe and maybe. Of course we need to keep in mind that Maria Menounos’ workout has not been designed to help people lose weight. She certainly does not need to lose weight. Some might even argue that she needs to gain a few pounds.

Either way, Maria Menounos’ workout is great. Look at her mid section, it is flat. Her arms and shoulders look toned, but she does seem a bit too skinny. One of the reasons why she seems to be skinny could be because she has been doing a lot of cardio lately. That’s right, she has been training to run in the marathon.

Running is a good cardio exercise, but if you need to lose weight, walking is a lot less stressful on the body and more versatile. You can walk anywhere you want. Running, on the other hand, burns more calories. Unless you are extremely overweight, it does not really matter which form of cardio you use, the important thing is to actually do cardio exercises on the regular basis. [source: OK!]
