Maria Menounos’ diet plan is puzzling. Can Maria Menounos’ diet plan help you lose 5 pounds in 2 days? Do you need Maria Menounos’ diet plan if you can care less about how to lose 5 pounds in a day? No, you do not, but given what we already know about Maria Menounos’ workout, it seems safe to assume that her diet and exercise regime might help you lose some weight.

The reason why I think her diet is a little strange, to put it lightly, is because she does not seem to be concerned with following a strict diet, and yet she looks great. What is her secret? Does she make an effort to stay as far away as possible from white carbohydrates? Not really. How about ice cream? She says that she eats a Snickers dessert bar every night. Am I supposed to conclude that sweets help her stay in shape? I hope this is not the case, because if it is, why are other people who eat sweets gain weight?

She also says that she frequently drinks juices, because she wants to maintain her weight and stay healthy. I do not know about you, but as far as I know, juices are loaded with sugar and simple carbs. Again, I do not see how drinking juices can help anyone stay in great shape.

That having been said, she obviously does not only drink juices and eat ice cream. She is in great shape because she exercises frequently and her overall diet is balanced.
