Has Madonna had plastic surgery? Madonna’s plastic surgery is real, if you believe her brother. Madonna’s brother, Christopher Ciccone, spilled the beans on Good Morning America when he offhandedly announced that Madonna (who turns 50 in August) has indeed had a facelift.
New York facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Jacono says it looks like Madonna may have combined a minimal-incision mini face-lift (which targets the lower face and neck) with a procedure to tighten the skin beneath her eyes. “It’s a really nice result,” says the doc.
