		<description>I can guarantee this would work if I used it, and I&#039;m certain I&#039;m not alone.  I cannot sleep more than  4-6 hours per night, and the sleepier I get the more I eat, and the stuff I eat is definitely of the very high-fat, very unhealthy variety (I&#039;m a sweet/fat freak).  I probably wouldn&#039;t even have to *diet* to lose quite a bit of weight.  That would be the perfect way to do it, no?</description>
