Lose Weight in 4 Months

Hi, I need to lose weight in 4 months. Can I lose weight in 4 months? Hi I’m a 19 years old girl, and I really, really want to lose weight in 4 months or faster. I weigh about 143 pounds and my height is 4’11”. I have an hourglass body type. I’ve been trying really hard with dieting and exercising but I can’t seem to focus on my own. So far I’ve only lost as much as 7 lbs in a year and then gained it all back by December. My sister-in-law’s wedding is coming up and I’m her maid of honor, I’d like to lose as much as 20 pounds in 2 months and then from there I’ll start and try to lose maybe 7 more. Since your goal is to lose weight in 4 months and you need to lose 20 pounds, read the lose 20 pounds in 4 months post. So why haven’t you been able to lose weight or keep the lost weight off? Maybe because you have not found a diet and an exercise program that you are comfortable with. To lose weight for good, you need to be consistent with your diet. You do not need Chris Hemsworth workout to lose weight, but if you are serious about losing weight in a relatively short time, you need to be physically active.

Do you need to go to the gym every day? No, you do not. I would just walk at a moderate pace every day for at least 30-to-45 minutes. You also need to have realistic expectations. It is one thing if you expect to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks or something similar to this, but some people have wildly unrealistic weight-loss expectations. Be realistic about how much weight you can lose safely (about 2 pounds a week, by the way).

Most important of all, focus on what you eat. You can exercise all you want, but if your daily calorie intake is high, you are not going to lose weight even if you live in the gym. In other words, you need to know how many calories you consume every day. If you are not losing weight, you need to consume fewer calories. Stay away from simple carbohydrates (soda, bread, sweets, fast food, pasta, white rice, pizza, pastries, etc). Do eat as much vegetables and leafy greens as you want, as well as steak, fish, poultry, shrimps, eggs, egg whites, berries, and nuts.
