Lose 70 Pounds

I’m 22 pretty active (not as much as I should be). I’m a CNA so I have a very active job always on my feet. My problem is that I’m 22 and stuck at 213 lbs and for the life of me I can not break it. I would like to be back between 145 to 155. I have tried everything from fad diets to diet pills and can not lose it. I don’t know what to do… Please Help. JRW. [via Ask Questions]

If you want to weigh 145 pounds, you basically need to lose 70 pounds. I am not going to tell you that it is hard to lose 70 pounds, in fact, since you are only 22 it should be relatively easy for you to lose 70 pounds, but to accomplish this goal you need to have a good plan of action.
