Lose 5 Pants Sizes

Hello. I need to lose 5 pants sizes. I’m 27 and I have been trying to lose weight for years. I am getting married next year and I want to get to a size 10 pants. In Jan I was a size 20 and now I’m a size 15. I’m trying to lose this by January. How can I get to my goal by Jan 31? EF. [via Ask Questions]

So you basically need to lose 5 pants sizes in 3 months. Is it possible to lose 5 pants sizes in 3 months? I do not know if it is true, but according to some estimates, losing 1 pants size is equal to losing 5 pounds, which means you need to lose 25 pounds in 3 months to accomplish your goal. We know that trying to lose 20 pounds in 1 month is not an easy thing to do (especially without the sugar detox), but can you lose 25 pounds in 3 months?

I am not sure because I do not know what you have done to lose whatever the amount of weight you have already lost. Having said that, I think your chances of losing the remaining weight are pretty good. Continue doing what you have been doing, it seems to be working for you. Specifically, eat the weight loss breakfast. Read the What to Eat on a Diet to Lose Weight post, it should give you a pretty good idea about how to choose a good diet.

Exercise. Walking is the best form of exercise for weight loss, but almost any exercise is better than no exercise at all. If you do not like walking for some reason, try free weights, bicycling, hiking, dancing, or hiking – the idea here is to be physically active. Do whatever it takes to move around and eat healthy.
