Lose 30 Pounds of Pregnancy Weight

Hey I need to lose 30 pounds of pregnancy weight. I mean, my goal is to lose 30 pounds of pregnancy weight ASAP. I just had a baby 7 months ago and I’d really love to lose all this weight. As for losing 30 pounds of pregnancy weight, read the lose 30 pounds in 3 months post. Having said that, since we are talking about the pregnancy weight, 30 pounds is not that much weight to lose.

You should be able to lose 30 pounds in a relatively short time by simply following a basic diet. Your body naturally wants to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight. So unless you consume a lot more calories than you need, you will gradually lose weight without any diets. I am not saying you should not exercise or eat healthy, but there is no need to take any drastic steps to lose weight. Follow a balanced diet and try to walk every day for at least 30 minutes.
