Lose 20 Pounds

Biggest Obstacle
Not always having time to cook. Instead, I eat out and try to make healthy choices whenever possible. Almost all restaurants can make a grilled chicken breast, which you can have with salad and steamed vegetables.
Weekly Exercise Program
Dancing: 2 hours/once a week. Walking or biking: 20-30 minutes/4 times a week.
Eating Philosophy
She follows Weight Watchers POINTS system, which allots three balanced meals and two snacks a day.
What She Learned
Eat breakfast! You do yourself a disservice if you skip breakfast thinking you can save calories. A healthy breakfast helps jump-start your metabolism. Make time for yourself.
It is easy to lose yourself when you are a mom and a wife. Taking 30 minutes a day for exercise can help clear your mind and improve your body.
Keep an eye on portion sizes. It is easy to overdo it, so use a food scale or even the palm of your hand to ensure you stay on track.
