I need to lose 2 pants sizes. I am 21 years old and I am looking to not necessarily lose a certain amount of weight, but actual pants sizes. As of now I am a size 8 and I’m looking to be a size 5 or 6 by August 20th. I work out regularly and watch my diet, but I still seem to be doing something wrong. Any suggestions? Michelle. So you want to lose 2 pants sizes in about 2 months. Is it possible to lose 2 pants sizes in 2 months? Assuming it is true that losing 1 pants size equals losing 10 pounds, we are talking about losing 20 pounds in 2 months. The good news is that unlike other people who think they can lose 20 pounds in 1 month, your weight-loss goal seems reasonable, but can you lose 2 pants sizes in 2 months?
I have no idea because you have not provided any information about your current diet. I do not know why you think you are doing something wrong. Maybe you are doing something wrong, maybe you are doing everything right – there is no way for me to know for sure. Having said that, I do know that simply watching what you eat does not mean anything.
In other words, you can follow the best diet in the world, but if your daily calorie consumption is too high, you are not going to lose weight. In short, focus on your daily calorie consumption. If you are not losing any weight, you need to consume fewer calories. Reduce your daily calorie consumption by 200 calories and see if you make any progress. Do not drop your daily calorie consumption too low. How low is too low? Anything below 1,300 calories a day is too low.
