Can I lose 15 pounds in 2 months? I need to lose 15 pounds in 2 months for my prom which is in about 2 months. I’m about 5’3″ and I weigh 154 lbs but I have a LOT of muscle. To lose 15 pounds in 2 months, you need to lose 1.8 pounds a week, which just happens to be very close to the amount of weight most people can expect to lose by following a good diet. Just FYI, an average weight-loss rate for an average person is about 2 pounds a week, so I think it is possible to lose 15 pounds in 2 months.
