Lose 10 Kilograms
I am desperate!! I want to lose 10 kilograms but I don’t know how! I am 15 years old and I go to school every day and I can’t eat fruit or vegetables for breakfast because I’m in school than. In order for you to lose 10 kilograms or 22 pounds in 2 months, you need to lose weight at the rate of 1.25 kilograms or 2.7 pounds a week for 8 consecutive weeks, which is doable but challenging; most people tend to lose weight at the rate of about 0.9 kilograms or 2 pounds a week.
