In a recent interview, Bosworth revealed that she needs to lose weight. Here are the details about her diet and workout.

How do you stay in shape? At the beginning of the year, I made the decision that I wanted to lose weight because in college I was always eating pizza. Now I eat a lot of vegetables, chicken and fish.

I have been working with a personal trainer a few times a week for the past two months, and we do a half hour of cardio and we kickbox, which is really fun. LC has the same trainer, so we’re going to box each other! I think I’ll win, though; I have a good kick! [source: Star]
