Liv Tyler’s Diet Struggles
Many stars seem to banish their baby weight overnight.
But Liv Tyler says she struggled to boomerang back to her prebaby size after welcoming son Milo.
“It’s so hard to lose your baby weight!” Tyler told British Cosmopolitan in 2005.
“Everyone in magazines is so skinny three weeks later and says, ‘Oh, I’m just running around after my kid.’”
Now she boasts to the March Glamour that she recently shed 10 pounds – on her own terms.
On ditching the diet “I’ve been on a diet my whole life. But once I gave birth, I didn’t want to think about myself or feel insecure about my career; I wanted to think about my child. So I stopped worrying about diets.”
She’s still battling her bod “I have to be conscious of what I eat. If I have one big dinner, I gain a pound by the next day. If I eat lots of salt, I instantly get puffy. It’s so annoying.”
