Lisa Rinna’s Workout and Diet

As it turns out there is more than one hot granny middle-age woman in Hollywood. Lisa Rinna’s body is not even close to Madonna’s muscles, but she does look exceptionally well for her age.
It has been 10 years since she starred on Melrose Place, but Lisa can still fit into her old clothes from the show! “I’m the same weight, but I’m leaner and more ripped,” says the 112-pound, 5′7″ Lisa. “It’s ironic, but I am happier with my body now than I was at 20.”
Like many women, Lisa says keeping her slim figure has gotten harder as she gets older. “The second I turned 40, noticed that what I did regularly didn’t work anymore,” she explains. “I gained weight easier and couldn’t eat as much, so I really had to step it up.”
Lisa Rinna’s workout and diet To take things to a new level, Lisa started eating small portions every few hours, avoiding white carbs and filling up on PowerBars, chicken salad, almonds and Starbucks fruit and cheese plates. Her favorite sweet treat is sugar-free Jell-O pudding.
“It’s just 60 calories, which to me is heaven,” she says. A former cheerleader, Lisa was always active but now exercises diligently six times a week and has become a dance fanatic ever since she went on Dancing With the Stars two years ago. “I think I will stick with it as I get older,” says Lisa. “I’m 44 and feel really lucky to have this body!” [source: In Touch]
