Lil Kim Diet

Continued from Lil’ Kim’s Weight Loss.
While I am not a big fan of Lil’ Kim’s diet – correction, I am not a big fan of Lil’ Kim’s approach to dieting and weight loss – Lil’ Kim’s diet (provided by Freshology) is actually pretty good.
Why I like Lil’ Kim’s diet First, her diet is consistent, which is very important, if your goal is to lose weight. When you consistently follow a balanced diet that provides you with the same amount of calories, you chances of reaching your weight-loss goal significantly increase. The downside? If you hit a weight-loss plateau, you probably would not know how to implement a calorie shifting diet, which calls for frequent changes to your diet plan.
Second, Lil’ Kim’s diet is balanced and delicious. It is not easy to come up with a nutritious diet plan that does not bore you to tears with dull food. It is important to follow a diet that you actually enjoy. Who can eat skinless chicken breast and vegetables for more than a few days?
Why I do not like Lil’ Kim’s diet First, her diet it is not cheap. All food delivery services are rather expensive, so it is not fair to single out Freshology, it is just so happens that a lot of celebrities use this service.
Second, I am afraid that Lil’ Kim’s diet approach sends a wrong message. Her actual diet is great, but what is going to happen when she is off it? The whole point of going on a diet is to learn about how your food choices affect your body weight and overall health. If you do not do it on your own, if you do not learn about nutrition and which foods you need to avoid, you will revert to your old diet habits.
