Continued from Levi Johnston’s Diet.

Levi Johnston’s workout is great. I like Levi Johnston’s workout because he can care less about the best nitric oxide supplement. Joking aside, Levi Johnston’s workout is awesome for other reasons. He takes his Playgirl photo shoot seriously, and to prepare for it, he is pulling all the stops.

Levi Johnston’s workout is hardcore and old-school to boot. He exercises for three hours every day, six days a week. His exercise program consists of weight training and cardio. But do not expect him to look like a body builder. According to his personal trainer, Marvin Jones, Levi Johnston’s workout has been designed to make him look defined and toned, but not overly muscular.

If all goes as planned, Levi’s body will look like this: small waist, big, filled out chest, broad, muscular shoulders and ripped abs, all of which sounds good to me, but I also think he needs to work on his arms and legs.

Having said that, there is one thing that bothers me a bit. I think Levi Johnston’s workout program is too intense. He needs to let his body rest a little more. Why do I think that? According to Jones, Levi got sick during his second week of training, which seems to suggest overtraining.
