I love Levi Johnston’s diet! What is so special about Levi Johnston’s diet? Levi Johnston’s diet is so awesome because it is high in protein, but not just any protein, in red meat. I love red meat. It gets better. Levi Johnston’s diet is also low-carb, but it is not low in calories. His daily calorie intake? About 3,500 calories a day.
Here is the best part. Since he likes to hunt a lot, he gets his own meat. You know what means, right? His high-protein-low-carb diet does not use just any old meat. He gets the best kind – the wild game meat. Game meat is the Cadillac of read meats. Why? Because it is lean, low in saturated fat, high in protein (obviously), tastes great, and contains healthy fats.
Does he prefer one kind of game meat over the other? I do not know, but he mainly uses Moose meat, which, by the way, is pretty expensive if you order it online or try to order it at your local store. I do not care what people think about his upcoming Playgirl photo shoot. You’ve got to respect the guy who gets his own Moose meat.
Perhaps the best thing about Levi Johnston’s diet is the fact that apart from using exotic meat, anybody can follow pretty much the same diet. It is not hard to put together a low-carb diet that uses a variety of protein sources. Just makes sure to include plenty of high-fiber vegetables, and do not be afraid of high-fiber fruits such as berries – they are good for you, even if you need to lose weight, you can still eat, say, raspberries every day.
