Lauren Conrad Eating Plan

Is Lauren Conrad’s diet different from what she really eats? We already know a lot about Lauren Conrad’s diet, but here is what she claims she eats right now.
“Right now I eat when I can because my schedule is all over the place,” says Conrad. Still, she sticks to a healthy menu.
Breakfast “On a normal day, I’ll have egg whites, turkey bacon, toast and fruit,” says Lauren. And when on the go, she’ll grab a protein drink or cottage cheese and fruit.
Lunch Conrad digs into hummus, salsa and salads. But she stays away from red meat, opting instead for turkey or seafood (like shrimp).
Snacks Lauren (who used to nix all carbs) loves organic cookies from Whole Foods. “I went back to eating carbs because I need the energy.”
Dinner “Most nights I’ll eat sushi,” says Lauren. “But if there’s a bunch of girls at the house, we’ll sit around and cook… We also do a lot of Mexican food.” [via]
