Kristin Steede’s weight loss is exemplary. What is so special about Kristin Steede’s weight loss? Kristin Steede’s weight loss is an example of just how much weight a person can lose with a proper diet and exercise.

How much weight has she lost? She went from 360 pounds to 220 pounds, and that is not all. She was a size 32, now she is a size 14 – she has lost nine dress sizes. Do you see now why Kristin Steede’s weight loss of 140 pounds is amazing?

Of course, Kristin’s current weight is still not where it needs to be, but Kristin Steede’s weight loss is not over, she is planning to lose more weight. Her target weight? She wants to be at around 180 pounds, so she needs to lose 40 more pounds.

How is she going to do that? She is going to continue using what she has learned about dieting and exercise on the show, which is a challenge for her since she used to be a junk food junkie, but if all goes well – and I really hope that it does work out for her – she should be able to reach her target weight of 180 pounds.
