Kristin Davis’ Workout Kristin does Pilates three days a week. “My teacher changes my routine all the time to keep me interested,” she says.

Kristin Davis’ Diet She doesn’t deprive herself when it comes to food. “My main issue is to never let myself get hungry. I make sure I eat every three hours or so, mostly proteins, good carbs, veggies and salads.”

The one thing she says is off-limits: alcohol. “I figured out early that I had a problem,” Kristin says. And she’s been sober for about 20 years. That definitely helps keep her from taking in unnecessary calories. [source: OK!]
