Okay, maybe I am just a bit overly excited about Kourtney Kardashian’s diet, there is nothing special about. Her eating habits are not new or innovative, but unlike other celebrities who would do anything to lose 5 pounds in 2 days, she seems to be well aware of the fact that the best way to lose weight fast is to follow a balanced diet.

Kourtney Kardashian’s diet is restrained, which is another rarity in Hollywood. While she does want to lose her pregnancy weight as soon as possible, her diet is not based on counting calories and elimination of certain foods. Does she know the difference between slow carbs and fast carbs? Probably not, but who cares? She knows the difference between being obsessed with losing weight at any price and losing weight naturally without putting her health in danger, which makes Kourtney Kardashian’s diet different from other celebrity diets. In short, the food combining diet is not for her.

“She has never been the type of person to have to diet, so she is just trying to adjust and eat things in moderation. I agree. Only these diet tricks are not tricks at all. Detox diets are tricks. They do not work, by the way.
