Kimora Lee Simmons‘ workout is probably not for you. Why not? Because Kimora Lee Simmons’ workout does not exactly inspire confidence in her exercise expertise. What is wrong with Kimora Lee Simmons’ workout? She says she hates working out. But to her credit, she does exercise.
How much exercise does she do? Sometimes, she works out twice a day, which is a lot for someone who really does not like to exercise. She does treadmill in the morning for about 30 minutes and other exercises in the evening.
