Begin with a 10-minute progressive warm-up of walking, running and incline jogging.
Switch to a series of 3-5 movements that work your upper body, lower body and core with moves like shoulder presses and lunges.
Add a cardio interval of varied intensity for 2 or 3 minutes, then repeat the entire sequence 2-4 times. The goal is to go the hour without resting. (Please consult a physician before any physical activity.)
Kim Kardashian’s diet:
Breakfast is a bananas-and-peanut-butter protein smoothie or scrambled egg whites with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.
Lunch is a simple salad. Go easy on the dressing!
Dinner is a larger salad with grilled chicken or a veggie burger with only half a bun. For dessert? A small cookie or a yogurt. And curb the booze. [via]
