Kim Kardashian lost 5 pounds in 5 days, or so she says. Do you actually believe that Kim Kardashian lost 5 pounds in 5 days? Do I buy that Kim Kardashian lost 5 pounds in 5 days? Personally, I do not have a problem with this claim. I do not know if it really happened though; let’s face it – it does not take much to lose 5 pounds. If you do not drink enough water for 5 days, you can probably lose 5 pounds.
Let’s assume Kim Kardashian lost 5 pounds in 5 days for real. Does it mean she can lose 10 pounds in 5 days? Can she lose 10 pounds in less than 5 days? It seems reasonable to assume that someone who can lose 5 pounds in 5 days can lose even more weight in a shorter time period, right? Wrong!
Look at the picture above. Kim does not look dehydrated. She also does not look toned. In fact, her midsection seems to be soft, and she seems to be sporting what appears to be an early development of a muffin top. I hope it is just a bad picture, but either way, she does not need to lose any more weight. And even if she can lose 10 pounds in 5 days, I do not really care.
