Is Kim Kardashian’s gluten-free diet better than Selena Gomez’s diet? Gomez looks great. Her weight seems to be normal, but she does not follow a gluten-free diet. It is just my opinion, of course, but what some celebrities say about a gluten-free diet sounds borderline cultish.

Does Kim follow Miley’s diet? She was the one who came out with it first, but she said at the time that the reason why she follows a gluten-free diet is because she has a gluten allergy. Is Kim allergic to gluten or has she jumped on this diet to lose weight? Does she need to lose weight? Given what we know about Kim Kardashian’s workout, maybe she does need to shed a few pounds.

How much weight does Kim need to lose? I actually do not think she needs to lose a lot of weight, but I have heard many different opinions about her weight. Some say that she needs to lose at least 40 pounds. Yes, 40 pounds, I am not kidding. Some people actually think that she needs to lose at least 40 pounds. Personally, I do not agree with this. I am not saying she does not need to lose any weight at all, but 40 pounds is way too much. In my opinion, losing around 10 pounds would do wonders to the way she looks. 10 pounds, not 40 pounds.
