Kim Kardashian Diet Plan

Kim Kardashian Diet Plan

Kim Kardashian’s diet plan seems simple. But is Kim Kardashian’s diet plan useful for you? Not if you follow Kim Kardashian’s QuickTrim diet. If, on the hand, you follow the plan below (minus the diet pills, of course) – the probability of you losing weight faster than usual is pretty good, assuming you also walk at least 30 minutes four times a week.

How do I know this? It goes without saying that I cannot give you any guarantees. But I know that Kim Kardashian’s diet has helped her lose a pretty good amount of weight. So if your situation is similar to hers, it seems reasonable to assume that her diet plan will work for you as well.

Here is Kim Kardashian’s diet plan (it is a sample), so do not take it laterally, but it is useful as an example of how to eat healthy without starving yourself.

Breakfast Kim really likes her protein shake, which is usually made with peanut butter, BodyFactory’s vitamins (you do not need them), protein powder, and bananas. She then takes the morning dosage of QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse pills (do not do it), which she claims helps her burn body fat.

Lunch She used to eat candies and cookies for lunch. Not anymore. Kim’s lunch is a thing of a nutritional beauty: chicken or tuna and a salad. What can be better than that? Do not say burger and fries!

Dinner It is more of the same for the evening meal: chicken with a salad or vegetables. Instead of a pre-bedtime snack, she takes a nighttime dosage of Burn and Cleanse pills (I wouldn’t take them), which Kim claims help her body get rid of toxins. [source: Life and Style]
