Khloe Kardashian‘s workout is tainted. What is wrong with Khloe Kardashian’s workout? Do not get me wrong, I actually like Khloe Kardashian’s workout, but just like her diet, her exercise program is supplemented with diet pills, which undermines her entire program.

Having said that, let’s take a closer look at Khloe Kardashian’s workout because it is a pretty good exercise program.

Knloe starts her day with popping diet pills, she takes QuickTrim A.M. IsoBurn pill which supposedly helps elevate her metabolism for a 30-minute (or longer) cardio session. “I try to do different forms of cardio – boxing, stairs, running or the bike,” she says.

Then Khloe does about 30 minutes of circuit training, which includes resistance and cardio work. “I am a girl who likes muscle. I do not just want to be a skinny girl, so I like to do weights. Every afternoon, if I am in town, I go on a hike with my little sisters. It is great cardio, and I have so much fun doing it because I am distracted and do not realize I am working out,” she says.

Khloe Kardashian’s workout on the road “We wake hotel-room workouts because we travel so much. Working out 15 minutes makes me feel that much better,” she says about her routine of squats, jumping jacks and abs work.
