Khloe Kardashian’s fitness and workout tips are useful. Sure, they clouded by her use of QuickTrim diet pills, but they did help her lose weight. Can they help you lose weight pretty quickly? Probably. I mean, obviously it is impossible to predict if what works for one person will work for you, but Khloe’s workout tips are doable.

Khloe’s favorite exercise is boxing, which she claims helps her relieve stress. Sweating is an important qualifier of her performance during an exercise session. If she does not sweat, she gets irritated because it feels to her like she has not been exercising with enough intensity.

Find a source of motivation to exercise
“I go to Santa Monica and sprint up the stars. Because there are so many people there, I get competitive. I’m like, ‘I can’t let these people see me gasping for air.’ It motivates me to keep going. I love it,” says Khloe.

Know what you can and cannot do “I’m not good on the treadmill. If I’m by myself, I’m not good at regular cardio. You need someone who pushes you to go to the gym,” she says.

Indulge in moderation “If I want ice cream or something, I have a couple of bites and it satisfies my sweet tooth. But I had to learn that: I used to eat just because something was there – I would eat it all,” she says. [via]
