Khloe Kardashian‘s diet has a lot going for it. At the same time, certain elements of the Khloe Kardashian’d diet make me very unhappy. What is wrong with Khloe Kardashian’s diet? She uses diet pills.

No, she has not been using clenbuterol to lose weight, but she does use QuickTrim diet pills three times a day, which supposedly help burn fat, increase energy and cleanse the body. “They curb my appetite and have given me new confidence,” says Khloe.

The fact that Khloe Kardashian’s diet is supplemented with diet pills is a major weakness in her eating plan. Dinner Unfortunately, Khloe avoids red meat and pork. She also does not eat pasta, which is a good thing, unless we are talking about low-carb pasta. The low-carb pasta is awesome, of course, so it is too bad that she does not use it. What does she eat for dinner? Sushi, salmon with grilled vegetables and grilled chicken with brown rice.

Before bed, she takes diet pills again (QuickTrim IsoCleanse), which supposedly helps flush out her system and banish bloat.

The bottom line on Khloe Kardashian’s diet Do you see now why she takes diet pills? I do. Her diet is too high in sugar and too low in protein and healthy fats. Instead of taking diet pills, she needs to supplement her diet with fish oil.
