Kevin Federline’s weight loss is coming. When is Kevin Federline’s weight loss going to happen? Some say that Kevin Federline’s weight loss is on hold until his appearance on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club. Other sources claims that he is planning to lose weight even before his gig on the show.
How much weight is he planning to lose? At least 40 pounds. How fast can he lose that much weight? Celebrities often try to lose weight really fast, but I doubt he knows how to lose 5 pounds in 5 days. While Federline’s current weight is unknown, he seems to be blaming his enormous belly on stress.
“He didn’t gain weight overnight. It was a very slow progression that started with the stress he had to endure from the unpredictability of his custody situation,” says a source. Kevin has reportedly joked that Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears, got him hooked on spicy grilled meats. Has the time come for him to switch to low-carb pasta or soy protein bars perhaps? And if that does not work, there is always clenbuterol for weight loss.
Joking aside, Kevin seems to be serious about losing weight. Kevin’s team is filling his shopping cart with fruits and vegetables. “He’s under a doctor’s supervision for slow, progressive weight loss, and that takes time. He’s involving himself in a regimen that concentrates on eating five smaller meals a day, all low in fat and high in nutrition, which helps reduce the hunger pangs one might get when dieting,” says the source.
Kevin also works out regularly in his home gym and has hired a personal trainer. He started the diet after consulting with his former girlfriend Shar Jackson, who will proably also appear with Kevin on Celebrity Fit Club beginning in February. [via]
