Keri Hilson Diet and Workout

Keri Hilson’s diet and workout are a mixed bag. Keri Hilson’s diet shows some promise only because of her calorie shifting ways. Okay, she does not actually claim that she knows anything about calorie shifting, but she does admit to never counting calories. If you do not count calories, your daily calorie intake will shift up or down pretty consistently, which could be a good thing as long as you stay in your calorie range.
Keri Hilson’s workout consists of a lot of wasted time at the gym. She goes to the gym often, but I am not sure I understand what she does there. She does not exercise with weights. She only does cardio for almost two hours, which is way too much cardio even for those who can afford to lose some muscle mass. Yes, cardio wastes muscle, which Keri does not really have.
Here is an excerpt from a recent interview with her in which she has revealed how she stays in shape:
What’s your workout? I get to the gym three or four times a week for an hour and a half. I do cardio, but no weights.
And your diet? I never count calories. I am the least disciplined celebrity you will know!
