Last October, Kelly Rowland went to a Houston-based plastic surgeon to get breast implants. “I simply went from an A-cup to a B-cup,” she explains. “I didn’t want to have double Ds and be a little bitty size 2 – that would look nuts!”

Hers was a subtle change, but when Rowland was photographed in a bikini last month, fans noticed, and rumors flew. “I was hesitant about talking about it,” she says. “It is a decision I made for myself. I like it, and that’s all that counts. For young people: Think about it before you just jump off and do something [you may regret later].”
