Kelly Ripa’s Workout: Ryka Fitness

How does Kelly Ripa stay fit? Women of the world rejoice, because even someone as energetic as Kelly admits she sometimes does not feel like exercising. “It’s hard to motivate yourself,” she says.
In a recent interview, the 37-year-old mom of three has revealed her favorite junk food and her diet and workout tricks. Oh, and the rumor is that she has endorsed a Ryka fitness line.
Do you enjoy working out? If you feel you look dumpy, you’re not going to do it. I use any excuse to get out of exercising.
What’s your regimen? I work out every day. I try to never take a day off, because for me, one day off leads to two days off, leads to five days off. I go between running and a combination of Pilates, yoga, aerobics and weights.
Is it hard to fit exercise into your day? If you want anything bad enough, you can make it happen. Now it’s a lot easier because all the kids are in school. Before, it was a lot harder.
What’s your least favorite body part? I’m most insecure about my belly button. I have an outie, so I feel like people notice it. I’m always concerned that it’s going to get stuck in my zipper!
And your favorite junk food? Pizza. It’s everything I love: salt, cheese, crust, sauce, toppings, sausage. It’s everything delicious. [source: OK!]
