Kelly Ripa Workout Routine

Recently, when discussing her workout routine, Kelly Ripa mentioned something called Physique 57. But what exactly is it? Here is the deal:
Kelly has been attending Physique 57 classes in New York City for a little over a year, according to Tanya Becker, the gym’s director of training. Tanya explains the philosophy behind the classes as “the perfect combination of strength training, stretches and cardio, which allows each client to achieve her best body.”
Kelly’s favorite class is full of upbeat music and lots of repetitions of each exercise. “Each set of exercises is done in intervals, which place the body in a ‘fat-burning zone,’” says Tanya. “This causes muscles to rapidly change shape. Our students see smaller waistlines, shapely thighs, a more rounded seat and stronger, flatter abdominals.”
