Kelly Ripa Arms Are Amazing

Kelly Ripa’s arms are totally out of control. Just look at those things! I think Kelly Ripa’s arms are getting dangerously close to Madonna’s arms, which is scary. Clearly, Kelly Ripa’s workout is responsible for this kind of arm development. Specifically, Kelly Ripa’s Physique-57 workout has probably contributed more to making her arms look this good than her regular workout. Of course, because her regular workout is great, it provided a solid foundation that allowed her to take things to a new level with the Physique-57 workout.
And let’s not forget about her diet. You cannot have lean, muscular arms if you eat like a rabbit or a pig. In other words, Kelly Ripa’s diet has to be pretty much perfect. Why? Because to gain muscle mass, you need to consume just the right amount of calories. If you go overboard, you will gain body fat. If you eat less than you need, you are not going to gain muscle mass. In short, it takes skills to figure out how many calories you need to eat to gain muscle mass.
But consuming the right amount of calories is not enough. The quality of what you eat matters almost as much as the quantity. Say you need to consume 1,500 calories per day.
