Is Kelly Osbourne fat? Is Kelly Osbourne skinny? Is it possible to be skinny and fat at the same time? Yes, it is possible. It is called being skinny-fat. But she is not skinny-fat. People say a lot of different things about Kelly Osbourne’s weight. She says that despite the fact that she is the thinnest she has ever been, people still say that she is fat, which sounds unfair, but let’s think about this for a second. Just because someone is the thinnest he or she has ever been does not really tell us anything useful about his or her weight.
