Kelly Monaco Diet and Workout

Kelly Monaco’s diet and workout are borderline insane. Okay, maybe Kelly Monaco’s diet and workout are not that bad. I mean, I have seen worse diets and completely useless exercise plans. So, while Kelly Monaco’s diet and workout are not complete fads, it certainly seems as if she knows nothing about dieting or working out.
What is wrong with Kelly Monaco’s diet and workout? A number of things, in fact, too many things to list here, so I am not going to do that, but let’s take a closer look at Kelly Monaco’s workout and diet.
Kelly Monaco’s diet She is a longtime vegetarian, so it should not be too surprising that Kelly Monaco’s diet consists mainly of vegetables. However, Kelly Monaco’s diet is not just a vegetarian diet – it is a raw foods diet.
“Every night it’s a cobb salad with no meat, no cheese and no egg yolks,” she says. As for snacks, Kelly says, “I have a bite-size Snickers every day. You still have to treat yourself!”
Snickers and veggies? I love vegetables, and I do not have anything against Snickers (if you eat them occasionally), but Kelly Monaco’s diet is not balanced. It is missing protein and healthy fats, which are essential for optimal health.
Kelly Monaco’s workout She does 1,000 sit-ups a day. Yep, when it comes to balance, Kelly Monaco’s workout is not any better than her diet. There is no need to do that many sit-ups. “I look at my thighs, and they don’t rub together!” says Monaco.
Of course, they do not – maybe Kelly Monaco’s workout should also include 1,000 pul-ups. Oh, but it does not. Why? Because I bet she cannot do even 5 pul-ups. Why I am not surprised that Kelly Monaco’s workout does not include any exercises that are actually useful? [source: People]

What this has to be a joke right? She looks extremely hot, toned and tanned in that bikini photo. The results speak for themselves really.

Untrue, you can still get protien from peanuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts and lentils, with a variety of recipes to make them taste great. They have vitamin E, zinc and iron

Eating a mini snickers bar every day is not a good enough source for protein or zinc or iron or vitamin E, the only thing its good for is a good source of fat (which she needs for energy). Other wise that diet is completely ridiculous and unreal. No one looks like that every day and frankly if she ate like that her entire life she wouldn’t be as lanky as she is, she’d be short and malnourished. To be frank that’s a bunch of bull really. Oh but the sit ups are working, nice abs, anything else?
