But it does look like someone in the Chanel art department decided Keira Knightley’s bust needed enhancing in new ads for the fragrance Coco Mademoiselle. “Her breasts appear to be significantly wider, with greater projection and volume,” says NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. David Rapaport.
In a red-carpet photo from 2006 (above left), “Keira appears to have narrower breasts with decreased projection, little definition and little volume,” Dr. Rapaport says, estimating that the actress went from a small A-cup to a full B.
And this is not the first time she has been enhanced: She downplayed her looks in 2007 by saying she is routinely tweaked: “I’m on the cover of a magazine, but somebody else does the hair and the makeup, and they airbrush the f [you know what] out of me. It is not me. It is something other people have created.” [via]
