Kayla Ewell’s workout is sort of like her diet. What are the similarities? Kayla Ewell’s workout does not seem to be consistent or well thought out. And given her poor diet habits, even the best workout to lose weight is not going to help her burn more calories than she consumes.
And while she admits to being “a gym buff,” do not expect Kayla Ewell’s workout to employ the fat burning cardio or other useful exercises that are useful for weight loss or weight maintains. She goes to the gym for “a stress relief.” How long does Kayla Ewell’s workout last? Most people, assuming they exercise intensely, need at least 30 minutes of exercise. Those who exercise at a normal pace, usually exercise for at least 45 minutes.
Ewell, however, spends only 20 minutes at the gym. 20 minutes? Wow! For someone who, by her own admission, eats whatever she wants, that is a pathetically short amount of time.
