Kava Liver Damage
Kava’s fans watch out! Allthough kava is often used as a sedative and muscle relaxant, it has been linked to fatal liver damage. In Germany kava has already been banned and now the British government is thinking about banning kava as well.
In the United States, the FDA has a consumer advisory alert which says that kava poses the potential liver risks. If you have been using kava and you have experienced as adverse reaction to it, report it to the FDA by calling 800-332-1088.
