Katie Holmes Diet: Katie Holmes Detox Diet

Katie Holmes Diet: Katie Holmes Detox Diet

Katie Holmes‘ diet is horrible. Why? Because Katie Holmes’ detox diet cannot be good, it is a detox diet after all, and all detox diet suck by definition. It gets worse, Katie Holmes’ diet is not just a detox diet – allegedly, she is on some crazy Scientology-inspired liquid diet that calls for using sauna, taking niacin and strenuous exercise – the program is supposedly designed to purify the body.

Do I personally believe that Katie Holmes’ diet is that crazy? No, I do not. Do I believe that Tom Cruise has forced her to follow this purification diet because it helps prepare a woman’s body for a baby? That is what some insiders claim, but I do not think any of it is actually true.

Sure, lately, Katie seems to be a little thinner than usual, and the Scientology detox diet is probably real, but I just do not think that Holmes is following this diet. She does not need to lose weight and she seems to be healthy, so why would she need to go on some insane diet? Those diets are usually for people who think that they can lose weight by starving themselves.

But what do you think? Is Katie Holmes’ detox diet for real? Is it possible that she was “forced to diet,” take mega doses of vitamins A, D, and niacin and was told to exercise in the sauna?

Oh, by the way, when asked to comment on the Katie Holmes’ diet habits, Tom’s and Katie’s representatives denied that she follows a detox diet of any kind. [source: Life & Style]
